What counts as a search?
Each time you submit a form and get AI results in any of the six AI search modules (FundingMatch, BoardMatch, SponsorBoard, PartnerHub, GrowthAdvisor, or GivingMatch), that counts as one search. Viewing saved results or past searches doesn't count.
How does nonprofit pricing work?
Toggle to "Nonprofit & Foundation" above and the discounted rate applies automatically at checkout, with no code or verification needed. It's available on both Pro and Pro+.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro covers everything most orgs need: unlimited searches, all 8 modules, PDF reports, and outreach templates. Pro+ is for teams actively fundraising who want a quarterly strategy check-in call, same-day support, and a discount on Concierge.
How do I cancel?
Pro and Pro+ are month-to-month. Cancel anytime: click your email in the top right of the dashboard, choose Billing & Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. No contracts, no hidden fees.
What does Concierge include?

Is my payment secure?
